A Dreamy Destination Wedding in Mexico

So it’s a little dark, dreary and miserable here today in the UK. (Well it is where I am in the North West), I’m even sat here with the lights on during the day, boohoo, and I will admit the power function on my little fan heater keeps slipping to ‘on’. It’s going to be a long winter if it’s already like this now.

So I think we need a little cheering up don’t we? And the best way to do that is with a little sun. We may not have it ourselves but let’s live vicariously through the wedding of Aileen and Alex, which took place in Los Cabos, Mexico.

All captured by superb photographer Jana Williams of Jana Williams Photography. There’s a beautiful sandy beach, the most delicate of pink bouquets, huge cushions and low tables for relaxing into the night as they listened to the waves lapping beside them and watched that gorgeous sunset turn the sky a sunny red.

Oh it’s such a relaxed and intimate wedding, a perfect example of how destination can be so very delightful. For me there’s just something so appealing about a beach wedding, the feel of sand between your toes, dinner outside in the fresh air. Yes I think I am sold on a beachwedding, now I just need a man to ask me to marry him. Hmmmm?
